Service Agreement
Agreement: This Service Agreement, along with any additional terms and/or policies incorporated by reference (collectively the “Agreement”), constitutes a legally binding agreement between Master Mindset Life. (“Master Mindset Life”) and purchaser or participant (“You” or “Your”) (collectively the “Parties”) as part of: (a) Your purchase of audios, merchandise, or products (the “Products”); (b) Your purchase of courses, events, services, or programs (the “Programs”) (Products and Programs collectively the “Master Mindset Life Offerings”); or (c) Master Mindset Life permitting You to observe, work for, volunteer in, or participate in any way in any Program. You expressly acknowledge that You have read and understand this Agreement in its entirety. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any modifications which Master Mindset Life may make by notifying You or by posting updates online at mastermindsetlife.com/terms. If at any time You disagree with any part of this Agreement, Your sole remedy is to cease access to all Master Mindset Life Offerings. Please note, however, that any transaction or participation which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Agreement. In the event You transfer Your ownership of any Master Mindset Life Offerings, You shall ensure that any purchasers or assignees are bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Additional Terms: The Master Mindset Life Terms of Purchase, Terms of Service, Terms of Participation, and Privacy Policy located online at mastermindsetlife.com/terms constitute part of this Agreement, and will also be sent by email or mail to You upon request. All terms, provisions, and agreements set forth in the Terms of Purchase, Terms of Service, Terms of Participation, and Privacy Policy are incorporated herein and made part of this Agreement with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
Definitions: All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
